Each Old Soul is hand made one at a time by myself. I do not mass produce and use only the best quality supplies available. Souls maybe similar but no two are exactly alike. If the one pictured on the website is sold I will do my best to replicate, please note, it will not be exact. Each doll is sewn, stained and/or painted using muslin and acrylic paints. Eyes are stitched and/or glued on. I suggest you either hang or place your Old Soul on a shelf or mantel. Do not place your Old Soul in direct sunlight! Because this is art and the Soul is somewhat delicate, they are not recommended for young children.
Payment:
All prices are in US dollars. W e have set up Paypal for you so you can use any major credit card to make your online shopping completely safe & convenient. If you still do not feel comfortable with on-line shopping you can simply email your order by using the contact button or call us at 310-210-8358. Checks should be made out to: Old Soul Doll Company and mailed to the address above. Once your check has cleared I will ship your order. Orders payed by cashier’s check or money order will be shipped right away. Please contact me regarding international shipping fees prior to placing your order.
Shipping info:
Orders are shipped in a timely manner via Fed-Ex or UPS ground. When your order has
shipped I will send you an e: mail with tracking info. Please contact me regarding shipping charges before placing international orders.
Gift Wrapping:
We offer gift wrapping for an additional $6 per doll.
Custom Orders:
We’ll email or speak to each other until we’re both sure we’re on the same page. Most custom orders take 3 - 4 weeks to ship. If you need it sooner, it might cost ya’, but it can be done.

Returns:
I stand by each and every Old Soul that leaves my studio. But please keep in mind that this is art. I make every attempt to make you happy by delivering a beautiful, one of a kind, top quality product. If you’re not satisfied, you must email or phone me right away. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for credit only. All returns must be in original condition. If I can resell a custom order, it can be returned for credit, minus 20%. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges on returns.
